Yoga is an ancient science comprising practises which can help build focus, balance, strength, flexibility, stamina, calmness and well-being.

Classes will focus on breath, alignment and movement. The practise will pause between postures to experience the breath. A relaxation technique will close the practice.

The beginners course is suitable for complete beginners or as a refresher and will introduce the basic principles of yoga postures, breathing and short meditations, the beginners class will continue as an open class after the first 6 weeks
